House Rules are up. Feel free to take a look. I added my blood magic rules over to the main house rules.
Dark Colony: Hartford
Tonight, you become one of the Kindred, the beautiful and the damned who hide behind our ordinary world. Driven by a hunger like fire, you will struggle to maintain your humanity while immersed in a vicious society of monsters.
The sharks you swim with deadly. The Kindred are the smart, sexy vampires of pop culture, but cruelty is in the nature of kindred and Hartford is one of the most dangerous cities they hold. Why come here if doing so can be a detriment to immortality?
It makes you feel alive.
Dark Colony: Hartford is an OWBN Camarilla Vampire Larp set in Hartford, CT. The longest running continous OWBN game in New England. DC:H is a continuation of the vampire chronicles Court of Storms and Hartford by Night (started in 1998). Set to the World of Darkness theme for Gothic Punk Personal Horror. We play every fourth Friday of the month, and aim to give you dark tales of horror, set to the back drop of a classic world of darkness.

Coming in the Next Month
March 30th, 2015
There are a few changes that players can expect coming VERY, VERY soon.
- Staff is going to be consolidated. Expect to know who makes up Team Hartford in the next few weeks.
- Trait Cap is reduced to 25. PCs regardless of generation will not bid more than 25 traits for any reason.
- Bonus traits granted by merits will not stack.
- Characters will only be able to benefit one magic item at a time.
- I understand that people cannot always make it to game. However to keep the game moving forward and healthy, characters who don't have staff permission to remain active online are going to be automatically shelved after 3 missed game sessions. What being shelved means is that IC you may no longer hold your position if you have one. Furthermore, influences that were previously gained from growth actions are lost and the character may not see play again (in person or online) until any necissary transfers etc are concluded.

Hartford is Still Running Tonight!

First off I want to say thank you Kieth for manning the helm for the past several months. The organization and new ideas you brought to running Hartford have been a boon to us all. You will be missed!
Second - We will still be running game tonight, even with Conclave running down in Baltimore! I will try and get there as soon as possible tonight once I have all the materials I need together.
Third - We should start around 8-8:30pm tonight. Please be there before then (7 - 7:30) for check in, which may take longer than usual.

Only 1 day left until all custom powers must be submitted to staff. Deadline is Feb 7th.
Characters who fail to get this information to us in the time presented, Characters who have not been submitted will loose any custom stuff not submited.
