Tonight, you become one of the Kindred, the beautiful and the damned who hide behind our ordinary world. Driven by a hunger like fire, you will struggle to maintain your humanity while immersed in a vicious society of monsters.
The sharks you swim with deadly. The Kindred are the smart, sexy vampires of pop culture, but cruelty is in the nature of kindred and Hartford is one of the most dangerous cities they hold. Why come here if doing so can be a detriment to immortality?

Dark Colony: Hartford is an OWBN Camarilla Vampire Larp set in Hartford, CT. The longest running continous OWBN game in New England. DC:H is a continuation of the vampire chronicles Court of Storms and Hartford by Night (started in 1998). Set to the World of Darkness theme for Gothic Punk Personal Horror. We play every fourth Friday of the month, and aim to give you dark tales of horror, set to the back drop of a classic world of darkness.

1. ConnectiCon - The STs have decided to bring in some new blood for sacrifices and to expand our player base. So we have decided to run a small mini game at ConnectiCon this year on the Evening of July 11th 2015. You are all welcomed to join us. This is a OWbN game in Hartford's territory and your characters are all welcomed. Only thing we ask is that if you decide to join us and play your sheet that you make this one hell of a game and get these new people addicted to joining us on a regular basis.
Note: For the day pass on Saturday which we are running the game. It will be $50 a person to get in. So if you guys decide that you can't make it then we will not be heart broken.
2. Sheet Requirements - This is very important. We have given you all 3 months now to get your sheets updated with notes and adjust the name on your sheet to include [DC:H] or something that labels you as a Dark Colony based sheet. At the end of July we will be removing sheets from our database that have not been confirmed as such. Below are the requirements.
Requested Requirements:
- [DC:H] needs to be somewhere in the name that displayes on your character. If you are based in a different game I know they are looking for the same classification like Stamford and KoNY and if you have them labeled instead we will not remove you.
- Merits, Flaws, Disciplines, Abilities, etc: We know that some of you have awesome things on your sheet but they tend to be out of table top books, packets and other sources that don't see the light of day often in the normal MET system of LARP books. If they are from these sources and not MET then please place in your note section what book and page. If they are custom then they need to be defined. We are asking that you take the time to do this. If it is not done then we will be forced to take actions to bring you inline with the rules.
- Stuff that is dependent on situations should be noted as to what situations.
- Merits like Oracular and such are unique to your character. what makes them unique? How are they used?
- These among other things we are looking for.
3. North East Event - The Staff has been looking into possibly running an Event game for the local people of the area. This was taken well by about 99% of the people Friday night and we are looking at options at this moment for sites and such. If you have suggestions we are willing to listen to them.

DUDE GHOST!

Created a chronicle for the DUDE GHOST plotline. We'll track the production of the TV Series revival there, and as an added bonus, I will run a chronicle based around the series, which will show up in the production of the show based in Dark Colony Hartford as it's plotline!
