Character Creation
Character Creation follows the guidelines laid out in Changeling 20 and the OWBN C20 MET conversion Packet. Characters begin with 60xp.
Open Availability: Boggans, Eshu, Ghille Dhu, Nockers, Pooka, Redcaps, Satyrs, Sluagh, Trolls, and Sidhe of Houses Dougal, Eiluned, Fiona, Gwydion, Liam, and Scathach.
Please note that Attribute Traits, Abilities, etc granted by Birthrights and House Boons allow a Character to exceed their normal maximums (Boggans may have Crafts x6, Redcaps can have Intimidation x6, etc). In the case of Birthrights that grant Abilities such as Crafts (the Nocker Birthright, for example), only the type of Crafts chosen for the Birthright may be raised to x6, not all types of Crafts.
For other concepts, please speak with a Storyteller and have an idea of your background.
Restricted Backgrounds:
Arts
Characters choose three (3) Arts at Character Creation which are their 'natural' Arts; these may be improved without a teacher. Any other Arts must be taught by another Changeling.
Restricted Arts (Commoners): Chronos, Naming, Sovereign
Restricted Arts (Nobles): Chicanery, Metamorphosis
OWBN R&U Restrictions
Please note that Chronos, Naming, and the 5th level of Spring are Coordinator Approval, and the Ghille Duh Kith are classified as Coordinator Notification by OWBN Bylaws; the Selkie Kith is classified as Rare, and requires a Council Vote.

Hello everyone!
Our regularly scheduled game will be taking place this coming Saturday, 3/24, at the Cosmic Omelette at 2:30.
After the Kithain of the Duchy have saved a young Cat Pooka from a gang of murderous thugs, rumors have run like wildfire among the Fae of Connecticut: This is the latest plot of the Fomorians; The Beltaine Blade has sent assassins to remove commonder leaders; humans are being possessed by monstrous spiders from the dreaming that eat out their brains and nest in the hollowed out skullls, puppeting their bodies like something from a Men in Black Movie...
...well, some rumors are more likely than others.

There's been a couple of questions in DTRs about Bedlam, so I thought I'd do this where everyone could see it. Bedlam has been fundamentally rewritten.
There used to be no real system for determining when someone entered bedlam, just a vague checklist of warning signs. Following the way that Michael Pucci and the old Cam Club games used to run it, we gave warnings for things on the list, then moved you to a stage of bedlam on your third warning. It was one of the least well written things in Shining Host, which is saying a lot.
The new Bedlam system is a function of Nightmare. When I ask you if you want to take a point of Nightmare, you're being given the choice of whether to take a step down the Bedlam road or not.
Spending too much time in freeholds, having too many treasures, these things are no longer what put you in Bedlam.
And if that's weird and jarring? It's weird and jarring IN CHARACTER. Magic has just changed fundamentally IN CHARACTER. Enjoy the RP :)

Hello everyone!
At the site of a new chrysalis, there is nothing but the body of a child, burned nearly to ash. What happened last month? Rumors run rampant across the freeholds and mews of the region... Was it Thallain servants of the Fomorians? The monstrous spiders in the webs above the Trods? Perhaps, as the Order of the Mithril Spur suggests, it was werewolves...
...or is it something else entirely?
UPDATE: Game will be at 205 Hollister Street. Right now it looks sunny, and its supposed to get up to the 50's today. I'll be getting the outdoor furniture out, and if my firepit made it through the winter reasonably intact starting a fire. There will also be rooms / bathrooms available indoors. Hope to see you all @2:00, or even before if you have sheets to convert.
