Character Creation
Character Creation follows the guidelines laid out in Changeling 20 and the OWBN C20 MET conversion Packet. Characters begin with 60xp.
Open Availability: Boggans, Eshu, Ghille Dhu, Nockers, Pooka, Redcaps, Satyrs, Sluagh, Trolls, and Sidhe of Houses Dougal, Eiluned, Fiona, Gwydion, Liam, and Scathach.
Please note that Attribute Traits, Abilities, etc granted by Birthrights and House Boons allow a Character to exceed their normal maximums (Boggans may have Crafts x6, Redcaps can have Intimidation x6, etc). In the case of Birthrights that grant Abilities such as Crafts (the Nocker Birthright, for example), only the type of Crafts chosen for the Birthright may be raised to x6, not all types of Crafts.
For other concepts, please speak with a Storyteller and have an idea of your background.
Restricted Backgrounds:
Arts
Characters choose three (3) Arts at Character Creation which are their 'natural' Arts; these may be improved without a teacher. Any other Arts must be taught by another Changeling.
Restricted Arts (Commoners): Chronos, Naming, Sovereign
Restricted Arts (Nobles): Chicanery, Metamorphosis
OWBN R&U Restrictions
Please note that Chronos, Naming, and the 5th level of Spring are Coordinator Approval, and the Ghille Duh Kith are classified as Coordinator Notification by OWBN Bylaws; the Selkie Kith is classified as Rare, and requires a Council Vote.

Shouldn't affect most of our own players; this one is going in for visiting Garou/Mages/etc. It mirrors Dogs of War's rule on maximum number of Fetishes/Talens allowed and applies it equally to Changelings and Mages also.
Maximum number of Magic Items: Characters of any given genre are limited in the number of item cards they may check in to Graymere Glen as follows: Total Permanent magic items (Artifacts, Fetishes, Periapts, Treasures, Wonders, etc) not more than the character’s primary Temper (Arete, Glamour, Gnosis). In this case of Arete, we will consider their Temper to be doubled, as Arete 6 is not generally available to PCs. Total Temporary Magic Items (Charms, Talens, etc) not more than the character’s primary Temper (Arete, Glamour, Gnosis) plus Avatar for Mages, Rank for Garou, or Remembrance for Changelings. Theurges may double this amount.

So we wanted to run in August the weekend before the Northeast Event, but we just can't make babysitting work, as we're already basically using it all to be able to run two days in a row at the northeast event. My apologies for getting your hopes up, but looks like NEE is just going to have to be our game for the month.

...what am I missing? Could the people involved in each email me?

We'd like to take pictures to use as art for the upcoming packet(s). If you're willing to model for us, costume and makeup the hell out of it this coming game, and we'll run you through some filters and pdf-ify you :)

Before the Shattering, this was the time of year when the very first fruits of the harvest would be collected, and sacrificed to Lugh, King of the Tuatha de Danaan, as an offering. There were markets, trading, athletic competitions, and plays, wherein an actor representing Lugh was first imprisoned, and then defeated, a personification of blight or famine.
This Lughnasa, a travelling peddler by the name of John Chapman, a boggan, has arrived in the Duchy and sent a message to the owners of the Freeholds asking for permission to display his wares. He offers a cut of his profits to whichever Freehold hosts him.
Hello, all! The time for our July game is rapidly approaching.
UPDATE: WE WILL BE AT THE COSMIC OMELETTE DUE TO WEATHER. GAME ON AT 2:30

I can't believe I need to say this, but unless an Art specifically says you can use it without some kind of line or sight or line of interaction (Mooch, Oneiromancy) you may not simply cast Cantrips on things you are not in the same scene with. You may not, for instance, be sitting on a beach and Phoenix Song your buddy in Iowa. House Rules have been updated.

So we've had a lot of cross genre interaction lately, and I've been glancing over sheets and seeing that there's not as many Lores to represent this as we would expect. I've spoken to some people individually about certain lores, but here's a general announcment for everyone: If you've, say attended Beltaine, hung out with werewolf buddies, visited Dogs of War, or gone on a quest with werewolves... time to buy the Lore to back it up. For the most part, I'll let you look at the chart below and decide where you should fall based on what you know in character (see comments).
If I see someone who's sheet really doesn't match up by August, I'll speak with you individually .
