Dearest kindred of New Rochelle,
I would like to request that anyone who has boons owed to them please send me a message or speak with me before the April Gathering. The same applies to status. I'd greatly appreciate everyone's cooperation on the matter. I will be unable to attend our gathering this weekend due to a prior engagement I could not get away from, but feel free to contact me about any issues you may encounter or already have.

The News!
Mayor of Scarsdale goes mad on a Methamphetamine binge, tries to kill everyone in the house and has gone missing since last night! Police are baffled by all of this and a town stands shocked to the core.
A whole section of the New Rochelle sewage system to be renovated starting in two weeks. The older section is considered to be unstable and prone to collapse.
The local community theater is to be put up for full renovations as part of a large-scale community development package that seems little was talked about since it was being funded anonymously.
Goose Island has been cleared of all debris and a fence is to go up by the end of this week for security reasons.
A public outreach program has been formally established overnight between New Rochelle and Pelham Manor. While such things are great, this is a first coming from Pelham Manor out to another city or town even and especially New Rochelle which has had a long history of poor relations with Pelham Manor.

This Friday, Snow Storm Nemo, is hitting the Tri-State area and staying well into Saturday. It is possibly dumping a large amount of snow and they are already stating that they expect plenty of power outages. The staff is concerned that it may become a serious safety issue for our players to attend game this Saturday. We are, tentatively, going to continue on and have game, but if things get really bad we will cancel game and try to reschedule it ASAP. Friday evening we will know more and will make our first announcement, followed by one on Saturday early as a update. We don't know enough, because weathermen can't predict what this one is going to do... it might even miss us.

If we do happen to be able to play this Saturday, we will not be playing on the 3rd floor, but the 2rd floor. This happens to be one of the theaters and is actually really nice. The reason we will not have our usual space is our 6 month contract with Tada is up and someone else rented the space this Saturday. We will be back to our normal routine and space following this, once we have signed our new 6 month contract. With this we are being charged a little more an hour.
The question becomes do we continue to stay and pay or move to another location?
We do want to hear from our players.

Kindred of the Domain of New Rochelle
The time to gather in close at hand, and while we are still riding the wave of our recent victory, we still have work to do.
There are three city positions which must, and will be filled by the end of this coming gathering. The positions of Harpy, Keeper of Elysium, and Scourge are open, and have need of strong, smart, and dedicated kindred to fill in these voids. Any who are interested in the positions of Scourge, and Keeper of Elysium, contact me as soon as possible, you will be interviewed at the gathering, and a decision will be made by the end of evening. For those interested in the position of Harpy, please prepare yourselves, and you will be questioned by the Primogen council. They will then deliberate and make their decision.
The gathering will once again be held at the home made available to us by Elder Martinez, and the same rules are before will apply.

A general description of Havens are required. Additional security from the Haven background is not, but a rough description of your Haven, as well as specifically where your character sleeps is mandatory.
Additional features may be described too, but they will be subject to ST approval. This is to prevent people writing in Laser death grids and other such things beyond the scope of the Characters. :P

Citizens of the Domain of New Rochelle
I have good news. As some of you may have guessed by Primogen Flint's announcement, Bosley of Clan Malkavian, enemy to the Camarilla and our domain, has been destroyed. With the help of several key members of the domain, we put together a strike team, we went in, and destroyed Bosley and his 'children' down to the very last kindred. This would not have been possible had it not been for the help of the following individuals.
Jade of Clan Assamite, at the last gathering, was named *Fearless within the Camarilla for his continued and unstoppable devotion to his position, our city and the Camarilla. He planned the assault on Bosley's stronghold, and was right behind me the entire fight. Without his aid, others may have fallen, and for that, he has my personal thanks, and gratitude, and as a personal gift, Jade has the Right of Progeny, should he so chose to use it.
Vaughn of Clan Toreador, also at the last gathering, was recognized for his everlasting support to our domain. For all that he has done for all of us, he was granted his own personal feeding ground within my city. Anyone who violates his territory, will answer to me.
Tiberius of Clan Tremere, Solstice of Clan Assamite, Corwin of Clan Brujah, and Oliver of Clan Tremere, from this point on, are to be know as *Feared in our society, for bravely, and at the risk of their very existence, my wading into combat at my side, and helping the city destroy Bosley and his brood.
I thank all of you for any and all assistance you gave that night. No one kindred did this. As a city, we saw a threat, we worked together, and we focused our will and defeated our enemies. Make no mistake, our work is far from done, however I have faith that whatever obstacle is placed before us, we will overcome it.

Citizens of the Domain of Pirnce Blake, New Rochelle.
The night of our last Gathering saw our Prince, Paul Blake, lead us into a perilous situation.
We confronted many enemies of the Domain and the Camarilla and were Victorious. Prince Blake never wavered, never hesitated, he was the First into combat and you knew looking at him he would be the last standing or die defending his subjects and his Domain.
The Primogen has convened and discussed the matter. We, all of us, find Prince Blake to be *Valiant in his leadership of our Domain.
Thank you for your example, Prince Blake.
