Fellow Kindred of New Rochelle,

It has been discussed by the Primogen Council and a majority has agreed that the Prince is doing an exceptional job running the Domain and solving the issues that have arisen. As such I, Corwin Blackwell, Brujah Primogen, say that as I am a *Loyal member of the Domain of New Rochelle see Prince Paul Blake as *Dauntless in his efforts to secure our city. This decision is backed by the Primogen of Clans Ventrue, Gangrel, Tremere and Assamite.

Zombies in New Rochelle!!!

IC Local News:

A Zombie Walk has been scheduled as an event for New Rochelle! A zombie walk is an organized public gathering of people who dress up in zombie costumes. Usually taking place in an urban center, the participants make their way around the city streets and public spaces in a somewhat orderly fashion. This has been planned to transpire in October in conjunction with Halloween. Whether this becomes a annual event is something entirely up to the residents and demand for such an event.

Greeting Kindred of New Rochelle,

Times have been tough for the city as of late, however most of you so far have risen to meet the challenge, some of you going above and beyond what a Prince could hope for.

For the crimes of attempting to incite the city and members of my domain against me, and for physically attacking me in the same evening, Enzu Baretti is to be brought to me at once for questioning and to face justice for his crimes. Any and all who have information leading to his capture will be rewarded. His life is not forfeit as of yet, therefore unless your life is in danger, no one has right of destruction for Enzu. I just want to be crystal clear on this so there is no confusion. Anyone found hiding or harboring Enzu will share in his punishment once it has been passed.

For their help in gathering crucial and critical information for our city, and our future plans, I want you all how *Esteemed I know Tiberius of Clan Tremere and Doug of Clan Nosferatu to be. Without their help, our forward moving plans would not be moving so swiftly.

For his constant and tireless commitment to do anything that is asked for by myself and for our domain, and for always being one of the first to offer his help when the times calls for it, there is no doubt that Corwin of Clan Brujah should be *Respected by all.

At the last gathering I also noticed another example of someone going above and beyond, Sergie, ghoul of Ava of Clan Ventrue. HIs quick thinking and rapid response was not only useful, but damn right impressive. If the time comes when he would like to join the ranks of the Kindred, Ava has my permission to take him as her * Progeny.

The gathering in June will be held at Glen Island Castle, which as a reminder IS an Elysium. At the beginning of the evening I will announce my decision for my next Seneschal, we will hold a small court if there is a need, and then move quickly on to city business.

I look forward to seeing you all at this coming gathering.

Kindred of the Domain of New Rochelle,

For the crimes of attempting to cause dissent among the kindred of this domain, by trying to turn my officers against me, and for the attempt on my life, I hereby call a Blood Hunt on Enzu Baretti of Clan Malkcavian. Anyone attempting to aid or harbor Enzu, will also be put to the Final Death. He is to be brought to me alive, and I will see to it that justice is done.

Announcements - May

Kindred of the domain of New Rochelle,

The time to gather is upon us again, and our next gathering will be hosted by Primogen Ava and Clan Ventrue. Once again, while this will not be an Elysium, you will treat this location with all due respect, or you will find my boot in your ass.

As I hope you have all heard by now, Gutter of Clan Nosferatu has stepped down from the position of Seneschal. For all the service he has given to the domain I am sure you will all agree that he should be *Well-Known for his actions. I will name a new Seneschal soon, and I do have a few candidates in mind. If you feel you have what it takes for the position, please contact me privately, or find me at the gather this coming Saturday, and we will talk.

For his fine display of knowledge of the rules of prestation, and gaining the respect of my Primogen council, Nickolas is now to be *Respected by those within the Camarilla. I expect great things for as long as he holds the position.

To take responsibility for your own actions is expected, to assume the responsibility of another's actions, in our society, is almost unheard of. For taking the chance on a kindred who has twice pissed me the fuck off, and taking it upon himself to try to redeem this kindred, I wish everyone to hold Jade as *Revered, and we all hope this doesn't come back to bit him in the ass.
