SoS Players, you have been granted your XP.
Please remember to write something of some sort in your character journal of what you did, thought, observed, concerns, questions relating to last game. This is for the staff to see and gain some insight so that game continues to be interesting for you all. With that posted you will then be awarded xp.
eepIf there are individuals you are wishing to speak with (NPCs), things you wish to do, places you wish to go to, or something else to k your character busy, you must write up a separate entry in your journal. You will be awarded XP for the RP by the staff after we have reviewed it and possible scenes resolved if needed.
When making purchases/ spending XP, removing or putting anything to your character sheet, you must post it to your journal first for approvals by staff. Once an approval has been posted in direct response, you may then add your purchases and spend your XP.
Remember, you can only earn a maximum of 8xp on your character, per month (there are no exceptions).
Thank you for gleefully rolling with all the new plots we just dumped on you all at once. I am confident you will mange something in some fashion and see it to the end of what I cannot tell you, but it will be awesome I am sure.

This Saturday is Seasons of Strange.
Influence Actions need to be submitted by Thursday to be valid. Friday, all Influence results will be sent to those that have made submissions.
Please have all Downtime scenes resolved by Thursday. All Downtime scenes will be resolved by then.
Staff will be upstairs at Cafe 28 around 5pm on Saturday. Please take advantage of this time if you have anything for us to review or need us help you with (new character submission, minor downtime scenes, advice, etc.).
As we have had an influx of new players and even more coming, staff reminds you to please be considerate as usual and make them feel welcome like you have all been doing.

Seeing as this Saturday has an early forcast of multiple inches of snow in the first half of the day and rain in the second half, please becareful when travelling about.
At this time, game is still on. If you are not planning on coming due the weather getting worse please post it here. Safety is a primary concern and this is just a game... no matter how much fun you are having. If the turn out or weather really is bad, we will call game off and reschedule it as well as make house calls if need be so you too can have your Larp fix before the New Year. No, we do not sing holiday songs.
An important note, due to all the strange possiblities of weather, attending, etc we will be saving the island game for another night. You certainly have many other things you can choose to investigate, piss off, claim, eat, repent for, or hide from. Yes, this is a damper, but you know you want as many there with you than being all... by... yourself... taking on who knows what.

Ok folks, so it seems that our vote has passed and we are now a Probationary Chronicle in OWbN. We are looking forward to the additional layer that this will add to RP in the future. Characters based here can feel free to visit other games, however, I will remind you all, that not all games will want to allow characters from a Probationary Chronicle to visit their games. So, please contact the staff beforehand to get permission. And remember, you are going to be reflecting on your home Chronicle.
Also, henceforth, we request that any/all players who wish to visit our game give staff a heads up that they wish to visit. Character sheet, though appreciated as far in advance as possible, are less important than knowing that the character will be visiting, so that we can make accomidations to attempt to ensure that the game can be enjoyable for all who attend. Anybody wishing to visit should try to give a heads up to the staff as early as possible by sending an email to strange_staff{@}googlegroups.com (obviously remove the brackets before trying to send the mail :P )

The December Seasons of Strange game will still be on Saturday, the 14th regardless of probationary status or not.
