Seasons of Strange
Seasons of Strange is a multi-genre chronicle. We will primarily be playing Vampire, Werewolf, Mage and Changeling. Other genres may be adopted into our rotation as well in the future.
Till further notice, we will be playing Werewolf: The Apocalypse.
Werewolf
The native people of the lands of Dutchess County have returned to reclaim what was theirs. The Garou are doing so as well... Some things that were thought gone, have been hiding in plain sight. Take back that which was and that which has yet to be from the agents of the Wyrm.
Recover it.
This is a Werewolf game set in Dutchess County, NY.
Vampire
Welcome to New Rochelle, a fairly new domain. Prince Martinez has now claimed this odd little Domain as his. Maybe this is the place for you to make a name for yourself? Perhaps this is where you wish to start up anew? Many things will come to pass here as with any fledgling Domain, nothing is written in stone and the only certainty is the changing of the seasons.

I, your HST, have been tardy

To all Seasons of Strange players,
I, your HST, have been lax and tardy in my duties to you the players as well as the rest of staff.
I must apologize for being incommunicado for the last 3 weeks. I have been working on a home renovation (which is still not finished), my daughter’s weekend long Birthday (during Father’s day weekend) and a myriad of other crap that all chose to come up at once to deal with. Still, this is not fair to you, the players of Seasons of Strange. The staff has prided itself on quick responses and as many downtime scenes as possible for each individual that wishes it.
I know this is rather last minute for Seasons, but if anyone has ANY XP expenditures, EOG, XP awards (for Downtimes, EOG, Costume or even best RP… not to exceed the 8Xp maximum), or clarifications, please bump them ASAP. We will address them all before this Saturday’s game.
Also, if you have been trying to contact me via Gmail, I have been away from that as well and I suggest resending any email since I did not realize that I am still wading through several hundred emails from the last 3 weeks.
My personal apologies to the rest of staff for ignoring the Staff list and not having that ST meeting I promised 2 weeks ago… my bad.
I am back and trying to make amends.

Game announcements

Just a note for individuals who did not make it to last game.
Next Seasons of Strange will be held on the Third Saturday of June (June 21st), this is due to scheduling conflicts with members of staff in an attempt to ensure we can field all of our staff.
This means that Our game will not conflict that month with a (semi) nearby game which normally plays at the same time. Allentown's "Steel Valley by Night" (http://www.owbn.net/chronicles/allentown-pa-steel-valley-by-night). We encourage those interested in visiting other games in the org to visit their game (contact their staff first of course) so as to get the most out of being part of a shared network.
We also encourge their players to take this opportunity to visit us as well.
That being said, we will reiterate, that we ask that any players wishing to bring a Character based in another game into ours contact our staff, at least a week in advance, so that as many details can be sorted out prior to game as possible, as well as to allow us to adjust plans for games to try to make it as fun as possible for all those involved.

We know this was a difficult real life month for many of our players who were unable to attend this last game. Just remember you can still earn Xp for logged Downtime Actions, and many other things.

Kindred of the domain of New Rochelle
The times for us to gather once again is almost here, and there are a few points I want to go over with you about things happening in our domain, however there is one thing I believe is very important that I will bring to the front first.
Decorum. Standing. Patience. Respect. These are some of the most important things that separate us from the beasts in the Sabbat. We are the Ivory Tower known as The Camarilla, and I expect you all to act accordingly. When traveling to other domains, or when dealing with visitors to our domain, you will treat any and all with the respect due their station within our sect. Now does this mean I expect you to blindly follow someone, or to sit there and be torn down and insulted by someone because they have more standing than you? No, however I do expect you to act calmly, and respectfully, and if they cross those lines you seek out your Primogen, your Harpy, and if they are not available, come to me personally. If you are in the right, and you accorded yourself properly, I will always back and support you, however if you are rude, or insulting, I will personally knock your ass into next month. There have been a few instances where I have been embarrassed by how members of my domain have acted. This ends now.
Also, and just as important, the domain just north of us, Westchester, is making plans to go on the offensive against the Sabbat. I will not share details in so public a forum, however if any of you wish to aid them in their noble cause, please see me privately, and I will tell you who you need to speak to. If this action succeeds, everyone wins. Anything you can do will be appreciated by the kindred of Westchester, and by myself personally.
There is a gathering this coming weekend hosted by Clan Toreador's Primogen Vaughn. Here are the details as they were related to me.
"Place is called Chateau Leblanc in Toreador Feeding Grounds. Its a very elegant hall Victorian feel., with a full staff of waiters, and ushers. This a black and white event and masks are required, as its part of the theme. There is security upon request. Reservations are a must. There is an area set aside for kindred"

The main gathering will be hosted by Clan Brujah, in a renovated warehouse. This is not an Elysium, however you are still expected to be on your best behavior.
