Seasons of Strange
Seasons of Strange is a multi-genre chronicle. We will primarily be playing Vampire, Werewolf, Mage and Changeling. Other genres may be adopted into our rotation as well in the future.
Till further notice, we will be playing Werewolf: The Apocalypse.
Werewolf
The native people of the lands of Dutchess County have returned to reclaim what was theirs. The Garou are doing so as well... Some things that were thought gone, have been hiding in plain sight. Take back that which was and that which has yet to be from the agents of the Wyrm.

Welcome to New Rochelle, a fairly new domain. Prince Martinez has now claimed this odd little Domain as his. Maybe this is the place for you to make a name for yourself? Perhaps this is where you wish to start up anew? Many things will come to pass here as with any fledgling Domain, nothing is written in stone and the only certainty is the changing of the seasons.

Mentor can be used to acquire Out of Clan things, but it will require more effort than a normal expenditure of the Mentor.
Temporis: Subjective suspension: Using this power on an "attended" object (one that is worn, or held, or in interaction with an individual) is subject to the rules on Called shots, and thus, not permitted.
Path of Conjuration: Materials created with this path may be used for their designed purpose at St discrestion. Conjured gasoline can burn, acid will melt things, etc.
Visiting another game will be subject to the same xp rules as attending a Seasons of Strange game.

Kindred of the Domain of New Rochelle
We can all breathe a sigh of relief, due to the actions of Gangrel Primogen Ulysses Waterton. Known commonly as Walker to most of you, for the past several months he has been working on dealing with issues we have been having with the Wraiths that lived within our border. He has dedicated most of his energy to this issue, and without having to slaughter an innocent mortal, he was able to solve the problem, and put things to right again. I wish everyone to know that as *Valiant as you know me to be, I wish Walker's name to be *Well Known as a dedicated scholar of the occult, and a pillar of Camariallan strength. Walker imparted to me that without the aid of another member of our domain, our task would have been a little more challenging. Due to his astounding negotiating skills, and his ability to summon a Wraith on command, I find that I could not truly consider myself *Exaulted, without pointing out to everyone how *Useful I found Braxton Montgomery's actions to be.
There are exciting things on the horizon for our domain, expansion, more obstacles to overcome, examples to be made, and leaders to be forged in fire and blood. For those of you who have just arrived, now is the time to show our domain what kind of Kindred you truly are. I challenge you all to rise up, embrace your role, and follow me in the charge to make our domain the example that all others are judged by.

Kindred of the Domain of New Rochelle,
Many great things have been happening in our domain as of late, some of them good, some of them bad, and this has kept me busy. Now that I have had time to take a breath, I wanted to bring you up to date on items I am sure many of you are wondering about.
First, let's focus on the positive. Months ago I put out the call for my Primogen Council to help to expand and solidify our domain. All of my council heard my call, but few responded or have done anything at all. One of them however has been an exemplary and outstanding example of what a Primogen should be. They have led the charge, and eagerly shown us what a truly dedicated and determined Kindred can do, all by themselves. Due to their efforts, we can now add the town of Eastchester to our domain. Eva Woolcot is a shining star, and what most Kindred should hope to be. As you all know how *Valiant I have tried to be with my actions within my domain, I wish Eva's name to be *Exaulted from this point forward.
Secondly, there has recently been an influx of new faces to our domain. We should all take pride in the fact that word of our growing domain is starting to reach far and wide. We must encourage this and help our new allies to settle in, and make them feel welcome and at home. Soon enough they will be working hard to further the reach of the Camarilla in the area, and to all of you, if there is anything I can do to aid you settling in, please let me know.
Third, our coming gathering will be hosted by the Tremere, and it will also be a somewhat fun and special event. I have decided that this coming weekend will be a belated Super Bowl Party. No special dress code is required, refreshments will be available for those that can still enjoy them. This will be a time to relax and unwind, and enjoy.
Fourth, now we focus on the bad. I am sure most of you have heard, or experienced yourselves, our influences withing the mortal realms have been under attack. Investigations have begun into who is behind this aggressive move against the Ivory Tower, and while we can not say for sure who the snakes in the grass are at this point, rest assured they will feel the swift and brutal power of our justice soon enough.
Lastly, I will speak to all of you about respect. You all know me, I am not the most formal of Princes. Unless I am holding court, or entertaining visitors to our domain, I will not get angry for you calling me Paul, or acting or speaking informally, however there is a difference between informal, and disrespectful. To any and all who visit our gathering, you will treat my city officers and myself with respect. My officers are the ones working hard to make our domain safe, and are sacrificing their time and efforts on your behalves. Disrespecting them or myself, and you will feel my wrath, and it will burn hotter and brighter than you had ever thought possible.

Telepathy: To establish telepathy one must have line of sight on the target. To maintain Telepathy, one must remain within line of interaction.Hunting: To encourage individuals to purchase more than a single level of this ability, and to reward those who purchase more than a single level, a couple of changes are being made in regards to hunting and the associated ability. If you have more than one level of the Hunting ability, you can use multiple levels of the ability to retest during the initial night’s blood chop. You also cannot receive a worse result from retesting with said ability.
Potence level 5: Puissance + Protean level 2: Feral Claws = 1 Agg + 1 Lethal wound.
A new entry to Dark Epic rules we will be using and feel that we should point out: 7) Health, pg: 71 (specifically: Death, pg: 72)
Presence: One must possess level 4 Presence (Summon) before one can establish a “summon lock” on an individual.
The Haven background may be purchased multiple time in order to refer to separate Havens.
