House rules
0 Rule 0 is simple. When in doubt the st is right. When in doubt see rule zero
1 No out of tribe, breed or auspice gifts unless you have a merit that allows you to buy them. Characters with these gifts and not the merits; convert them to fetishes subject to fetish detication limit see rule 5.
3 Vampire powers we use the parent game KoNY rules for vampire genre. With the following exception. All tie powers regardless or origin are converted to +5 traits on ties, they otherwise function as normal. Unless its a Trex or something just as massive they get ties cause they can players can not.
4: Kinfolk are built per the KoNY retainer system switching vampire powers for gifts if they are able to buy them after being approved for being gnositic. No backgrounds over 3. subject to rule zero.
5: Gnosis and fetishes. Each per gnosis point grants a slot for attuning a fetish, or talon. Every 5 talons takes a gnosis slot. Fetishes all fetishes that grant a basic or equivalant power take a single gnosis slot. All fetishes that grant a int level power or Klaives take twq gnosis slots. All grand klaives or fetishes that offer a advanced power take three gnosis slots. This is subject to rule zero.
6: Add abilities to traits for ties
7: In the umbra when fighting spirits replace your physical, social, metal corespondedly with Rage, Gnosis, and Willpower for comparision on ties. Add abilities as per any other challenge.
8: The Glasswalker tribal advantage only applies to a single influence catagory, and may not bring an influence above 3. They may purchase all levels of influence for a single xp given the correct growth actions are taken as well.

Evening New York,
Screen shot opens to a classic news room with two anchors sitting behind a wide desk.
"That was one wild parade we had earlier today, Wasn't it Nancy?
"Yes Ted it was one of the best Parades we have had to date. Now why don't we give our viewers what they tuned in for; the news unabridged and in the raw."
The camera focuses in on Ted shifting his look from Nacy wiping the smirk from his face. " How right you are Nancy. The clean up of Sandy is wrapping up in most areas, with Ardus enterprises winning team aiding all those in need, with a fast paced clean up of all that debry and waste left over from the storm. While guard units from abroad continue to sweep damage neighborhoods looking to lend a helping hand. Let us go on scene with Natasha Kimamora. Natasha how are things down there in the revitlazation efforts?"
Camera switches to a live feed of a ruined neighborgood with a plainly dressed asain woman in her mid thirties. "Thanks Ted things are moving along nicely down here with clean up crews removing more of the debry While authorities handle the few remaining looters trying to prey on the misfortune of those in these destrought neighborhoods. All the while trucks, after trucks of reflief keep pooring in with a number offering to relocate residents to new refugee neighborhoods being build up in Long Beach complexes in Astoria, and other locations taking in their fellow New Yorkers. Investors and businessmen of all types are pouring resources into several communities to bring some relief to all those affected by the storm."
As the Camera pans around you can hear the sound of some automatic gun fire in the distance as a group of army soldiers runs by. With the futage cutting back to the news room.Focusing in on Nancy Walters.
"In other news authorites have made a arrest in the arson of a abbandoned appartment complex that was left ruined by the storm. Investigations are on going on if the man responcible is tied in with the owner of the building hoping to cash in on more of the refielf package being submitted by FEMA."
Camera pans back to Ted Holts who agusts his papers on his desk while easily putting on a stern face.
" Police are still baffled by a series of murders that have riddled the Bronx; with locals calling the attacker the hatchet killer. For what has been said to be a trade mark killings using a fire axe or some other similar weapon. With no leads or eye wittness coming forward at this time. Authorities are turning to you the viewer to help in anyway you can. If you see something or know something call the number below."
Camera pans pack to Nancy Walters who has a practiced expression of sadness on her face before lighting up to a wide brimming smile.
"That is a sad state of affairs with people acting like that Ted, but in lighter news. A number of auction houses in the city have joined forces to bring us a wonderful event that they are hoping will raise a large amount of capital selling off a number of beautiful pieces with proceeds going to disaster relief efforts here in New York and abroad."
Video feed switches over to a lavish auction house show room floor showing a ornate chair, Asorted fine jewlery, Stone masks, Paintings of various eras. Along with a couple weapons of european disent, among many other pieces of art and collectables.
"Those are really some stunning pieces of work. Though not sure I would want that mask hanging in my bedroom Ted would remind me to much of my ex boyfriend."
Camera pulls back showing both anchors, who are both smiling after a little laugh. With Nancy the first to speak.
"Thank you New York for joining us tonight and remember be safe when you get out there and race for all those Black Friday sales."
"Thats right Nancy going to be a rush out there. Going to jump in on a few lines myself when we are done here. Have to get those hottest items for our loved ones for the holidays."

Saturday 29th is our rain date if we are unable to find a site with a roof for rain on either of the other two days.
Game will be held at the same location we played at when we last played in Central park.
Central park west and 85th Mariners gate up the hill. Rain locations pending.
We would like to have people post as soon as possible, and if they can make the dates. As much as I love running for you guys we have so much planned that is frankly not as much fun to put into play with out enough of you to feed off your shocked and awed faces.
If you know others who play, but do not check puppet often remind them, and post for them. Outside of con wyrm plauge there is no excuse to miss out on the experience and joy of being a big fun rage beast.
Moot plans. Due to real life mortal beaucracy this may have to be pushed back. Permits and perfect site locations are currently pending.
