The sharks you swim with deadly. The Kindred are the smart, sexy vampires of pop culture, but cruelty is in the nature of kindred and Hartford is one of the most dangerous cities they hold. Why come here if doing so can be a detriment to immortality?

Finally, the city of Hartford will welcome the re-opening of the Webster Underground.
Some months ago, citizens may remember the club being the focal point of a case of arson. After a lengthy investigation, police completed their work, and the club was set to re-open. Apparently, bueraucratic red-tape held up the re-opening of the club for quite some time. In a late permit-review session 2 weeks ago, all necessary paperwork and permits were re-issued, and the club was given the green light to be officially re-opened.
The underground was a haven for some of the more interesting denizens of the Harford night life, and was a favorite venue of bands passing through the area. Numerous fine-arts and performing arts groups had petitioned the city council to pass the permits, so that Hartford's inhabitants could once again enjoy some of their favorite night-life activities, at one of their more cherished places.
As a show of appreciation towards the city council, the Underground held an "ABO for VIP" event. Over the course of the month, patrons could donate blood, in order to gain access to the VIP area on the following night, or for a night of their choosing. Blood donors were not allowed to consume alcohol on the nights they donated blood. The blood drive was done to help restore the city's somewhat depleted supplies. To finish off the month, on the last night of the "ABO for VIP" The Underground has booked, in a very apropo move, Type-O Negative. The group will be performing a one-tome only show, for people who dontated blood during the "ABO for VIP" event. The band is in town for the last 3 nights of the event/month.
