The sharks you swim with deadly. The Kindred are the smart, sexy vampires of pop culture, but cruelty is in the nature of kindred and Hartford is one of the most dangerous cities they hold. Why come here if doing so can be a detriment to immortality?

Dark Colony: Hartford is an OWBN Camarilla Vampire Larp set in Hartford, CT. The longest running continous OWBN game in New England. DC:H is a continuation of the vampire chronicles Court of Storms and Hartford by Night (started in 1998). Set to the World of Darkness theme for Gothic Punk Personal Horror. We play every fourth Friday of the month, and aim to give you dark tales of horror, set to the back drop of a classic world of darkness.

Anarchs. I am calling a rant to be held on 1/24 at my house in hartford. Alot of things have happened these last month's and where we once where a group we are now scattered to the winds. We are no longer even talk or discuss matters. I remember a time not even long ago we where banded together worked as a unit for what we all believed in. Some of us seem to have even forgotten why we are who we are and what we fight for, this makes me uneasy. Since the fall of new Britain it's as if a cloud has fallen over us. If there isn't a battle or war being fought it seems we have no unity, no leadership, no support from each other. Yes new Britain fell but it's one city that in the eyes of other wasn't even ours and was held over our heads at every turn. I know a lot of us are looking for a new home away from the grasp of the cam. I believe this is a great idea and a chance for us all to get a home we can call our own, where deals don't have to be made on a regular basis then later broken. I don't know about what everyone else thinks but I feel a rant is need to at least clear the air on issues because if we are this disjointed for much longer I fear what may happen to us all.

Reconstruction of Hartford

The reconstruction efforts in Hartford are in full swing. This means two things for the domain of Hartford.
1) Characters with Industry and/ or Bureaucracy get one free use of said influence tonight that does not count against monthly expenditures.
2) Every Kindred who has not been in the domain of Hartford in the past year has lost all grown levels of influence. Those pcs who still retain influence are encouraged to join another puppetprince chronicle that is being arranged that is intended to track influence and have influence announcements. It is called Dark Colony: Guilded Cage

Any PCs in possession of either Obfuscate 5 or any levels of Obtenebration awaken down three traits of blood and suffer the active derangement "Paranoia" all night. Willpower may be spent to surpress the effects.
Animals seem on high alert and there is nonstop barking in suburbia all night.
