Alright after many problems (especially as of late) we have some new rules in regards to downtime scenes. Don't have them unless you need to, and if you do, tell your STs. Officer meetings etc are things that should happen at game, to do otherwise subtracts from the politics of the game. In addition I have seen a trend of quick downtime scenes to plan events for game and to scheme. Game ends when it is called, unless you absoutelty need a downtime scene please try to avoid them. And if you do have them, tell us. Otherwise if we don't know, then it didn't happen.
This isn't meant to tell you no you can't run that mid month scene with an elder or other valid thing, that WE approve. This is to prevent the further spread of random RP and planning without informing your staff. Again, you don't tell us and we don't approve it, It didn't happen in Hartford :-)
For 90% of you this a non issue, we addressing a problem that is in the minority but is still an issue.
Thanks, any questions just ask,
~Adam

IC:
Second Annual Tournament
Lords and Ladies,
This month, our city will host its second annual Medieval Tornament. As this is a large event, I crave your indulgence for a few announcements.
Last year, we were fortunate enough to have several vendors, including Primogen Stone, Whip Gallagher, and Conner. If you wish to sell something, please let me know so I can have a booth ready for you.
If you would like to sponsor part of the event, please contact me.
I have received several calls asking about dress code for the event. You are, of course, welcome to garb yourself in clothing appropriate to the event. However, please note that the following heraldic colors are taken:
- black and red
- blue and gold
- purple and silver
- green and gold
- maroon and black
- blue and green
If you wish to have heraldry, please let me know by this Thursday, June 10. Please note: these sheilds will be works of art, created by two master craftsmen - Primogen Stone and Whip Gallagher - and will be hand-crafted, requiring much time and effort.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to seeing you all at the event.

Hey guys a got a couple of reminders to throw out there.
1. Westcherster by Night is this friday at the same site we use. I highly encoruage you all to attend. Mike and Siri are great STs and I will be there. So go help out a local game and come support them.
2. I will be doing a lot of spring cleaning so to speak, and reviewing everyone's sheets. As such I must remind you all of a few things I have noticed. This is not for anyone in particular nor am I going to single anyone out, but these need to be reaffrimed. Dark Colony: Hartford allows for one and only one active PC in our game. This includes doing things like spending influence etc on shelved pcs. This is a blanket ruiling that effects everyone. Secondly Mentor, if you are using Mentor you must still throw the chop with us as per Laws of the Night at game. You do not just get it for free, we must see if you owe your Mentor or not.
3. At this time I am capping 8th and 9th generation PCs in Hartford, there are far to many and we need to let the game reload so to speak. So please don't ask for those generations. I will let you know when we have decided to open them up again.
Over the coming month Staff is reviewing a lot of things in relation to the game and we will keep you updated here to any changes. But expect them. This is a fresh start for the game as we continue to seek to provide you with the best role playing experience and accurate World of Darkness game we can present you.
Thanks,
~Adam

In light of recent events both in and out of game, Friday May 28th, 2010 will be the last offical game of Dark Colony: Hartford that I will be Head Storyteller for. I feel that this is what is right for both myself and for the game going forward.
I have learned alot in the last two and half years, and it is an experience that I won't soon forget. Thankyou to thouse who have supported me over the last couple of years. And with that I would like annouce that the new head Storyteller for Dark Colony is Adam Sartori. I wish him and his staff luck going forward.
With that I would like to say that game will still be happening this Friday, and I encourage thouse to come out for the last game I will be running.
