First,
If you can not play the poweres on your sheet properly you will lose them permanantly and not be credited any xp , period. I understand an occasional mistake may happen but repeat offenders will lose their power(s).
Second,
All visible characteristics must be made blatently appraent (note cards or COSTUMING)
Third,
Before you come to my game you WILL print out your character sheet and bring it with you. Note:pda's or phones or laptops, etc do not count as a paper sheet.duh! If you do not have a paper sheet in your possesion and do use an electronic device you will only earn 1/2 xp for that game. If you have no sheet you will become my personal npc bitch for that game. Or you can just go home.
Fouth,
If you have any retarded powers that are not in Lotnr, cam guide, sabbat guide, st guide or dark epics. They must be added to your notes section of your sheet after having provided physical proof of their existance. (must be org sanctioned)
Fifth,
I will bring great anger and furious vengance upon you if you dont comply (i.e. in-house discipline). This has been posted at least twice that I remember and I'm dumb as shit. So whats that say about you? There is officially a zero tollerance for this type of action. Its petty shit that holds up a great gaming experience for those whose shit IS squared away.

I'm going to crib from Sarah (ST Cradle of Liberty) here:
"If you have crazy kew3l p0werz that come from packets, supplements, or wherever, please have a copy of the rules for said powers on you when you come to a game. This can either be in the notes section of your Puppet Prince sheet, or another sheet. Please cite your sources letting your STs (and anyone you might be using the powers on) know where they came from."
I'm also going to clarify:
"The aforementioned "kew3l p0werz" include anything not listed in LotNR, the MeT Storyteller's Guide, Camarilla Guide or Sabbat Guide. The rules for your "kew3l p0wers" must have pre-existing LARP conversions or approved OWbN translations for them to be usable at Kings of New York and it's up to you to show me where those rules are listed if you want to use them."
