Your War Council

Brothers and Sisters,

I am proud to announce that the Cainites of New York City have spoken, and the three heads of your War Council have been decided. With their dutiful guidance and unwavering devotion to the Sword of Caine, we will surely defeat those who threaten our Domain or seek to usurp what we have shed so much blood to obtain.

Your War Marshall, Thirteen.

Henceforth these Cainites will be known as "Empowered" by my hand, and set to the task of eliminating the enemies of our Sect in New York City. Please provide them whatever assistance you can, and know that through your cooperation, our Sect will emerge triumphant over any adversary that would see us fall upon ourselves or take from us what is ours. It is time for you all to ask not what your Sect can do for you, but what you can do for your Sect.

Combi Powers and "Random Weird Sh*t"

I'm going to crib from Sarah (ST Cradle of Liberty) here:

"If you have crazy kew3l p0werz that come from packets, supplements, or wherever, please have a copy of the rules for said powers on you when you come to a game. This can either be in the notes section of your Puppet Prince sheet, or another sheet. Please cite your sources letting your STs (and anyone you might be using the powers on) know where they came from."

I'm also going to clarify:

"The aforementioned "kew3l p0werz" include anything not listed in LotNR, the MeT Storyteller's Guide, Camarilla Guide or Sabbat Guide. The rules for your "kew3l p0wers" must have pre-existing LARP conversions or approved OWbN translations for them to be usable at Kings of New York and it's up to you to show me where those rules are listed if you want to use them."
