1: We need to know where your vampire typically hunts! Specifically, in which Domain. If you don't make a declaration to staff about this we will make an assumption for you. We are going to start including hunting information for people with appropriate levels of Domain in January, so if you haven't told us by then where you are hunting, then don't complain when you find out you were poaching in Polonia's forest :D
This applies to all active characters that reside in the Kings of New York Chronicle and hunt anywhere in New York City. Shelved PCs are obviously not included, nor are PCs that live in other domains but are hosted in KoNY for administrative reasons.
Please just include this in your next journal entry, I have so much ORGANIZING and COLLATING to do.
2: Speaking of Domains, even though there is no December KoNY there will be a second Domain action phase, and probably (if Rob is up to it) a second Influence phase. If you're still waiting on responses to November-December actions, please bump them or email me. You can start making your December-Januaray actions now.
3: Anyone that took Setite Prisoners last game please let me know, I need to tell you something!
4: The grace period for grandfathering in Domain Claims is rapidly closing! Some of you still have not begun this process with me and I know you will be annoyed when NPCs steal all your turfs. But that is totally what will happen if you don't speak up.

So I am slugging through the paper work to knock out this update for everyone.
It will take full effect 2014.
Update reminder Mentors and Allies must be defined in who they are. Otherwise they cannot be used to aid in influence actions. You can do this by adding it to the background or in your notes section.
This update will affect players with any influence at levels 4+.
All other players with growth and xp you may now attempt to break into previously capped influences.
That said it will become a first come first served policy. This door will close a week after KoNY. (Feb 1 2014) Till then you will get your choice of what is open to fit into for avalible slots. If a slot is no longer available you will be refunded your xp. If you fail to get in before the dead line you will lose your influence level down to 3 and not be refunded the xp. If you require an extension please contact me ASAP.
Transfer characters are at the back of the line. Shelved characters returning to play will be handled as transfer characters. Note this is for recent transfers and inactive characters with high levels of influence that have not taken any influence actions since I have been on staff for the past 15 months will be treated as transfers.
Also remember PCs and NPCs all play in the same influence sand box. They to will also hold slots.

If you do not, then you did not earn or spend xp.

Hello gang!
I have an exciting annoucment today. The KoNY forums are up and ready to be used! we will have a link to them here on our main puppet page as well on our website when we update that. These forums are by no means required to be used. Rather they are here to help bridge the gap between our online players and our local players. KoNY has many many Players in it, and I this will help one half of our game to know the other. So I encourage you all to check them out and start RPing!
First thing you need to do is register and then go read the post from the staff in the first forum. From there you can customize your account as you like and start RPing. Obviously it will take time for people to join, but they will over time.
So check them out and start having fun!

P.S. the wiki is also being worked on and is almost done. Though this mostly will be a rescource for players to know more about our NPCs and what the city is like. We may even recruit people to help edit it and add things like a timeline etc. So look for that soon as well!

I will be releasing the updated version of KoNYs influence system and rules soon. Firsat though I wanted to say thank you to all the players and people that have offered ideas or insights into the system.
To give a few teasers of things to come. For the good and the bad.
Bad: Influence will still cost xp after the growth actions to lock it in.
Good: Hard caps for influences will be removed for levels 1-3. If I say no you can't get street now it will be cause some pc or npc or plot related reason is being a duchebag to you and you will have to figure out a way around the "block"
Stay tuned for more updates. My plan is to power through the archives and have the full update for everyone to read by Sunday.

Hey everyone!
Great game on Saturday. As we mentioned before, there is no KoNY game in December. However, KoNY will be giving its annual christmas gift of 8xp for December to all our players for continuing to support the game and that we can't run game in december lol.
With that also said, I mentioned last game that soon the Forums and Wiki will be up, so look for that soon!
Finally, as I also mentioned last game, we have the KoNY Boon Reward System. What is this you ask? It is our way of promoting our players helping out with the game and our community. If you are interested in it, the link is posted below and will be on the main kony puppet page.
