Brothers and Sisters of the Sword of Caine,
We have heard the words of our newly called Ecclesiastical brethren in South America. Cardinal Ranulph was indeed slain by an Assassin. There are claims this was done by the Black Hand. As such, the Consistory will continue to discuss these matters and more in Mexico City in the coming nights. I invite each diocese to send one representative from their city to Mexico City so they may air any grievances they have. Let us come together as the Sabbat and discuss these issues. The Consistory and I will hear your voice and we will give our findings and rulings on current issues plaguing the sabbat.

I have sent out results on all pending domain actions. I moved to a new (and vastly superior) system of tracking this stuff so if I missed you it is not because I hate you but because I am incompetent. Sorry! The plus side is that my response time on this should be greatly improved in the future. Passive benefits coming soon!

I just wanted to thank everyone who could make it last game. I know it was storming and stuff so we had a smaller game then normal. so thanks to everyone who could make it!
