Updated Guidelines

Due to the rise of the Delta variant and the CDC recommendations we have updated our guidelines for live, in person Larping:
1 - We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable while LARPing - social distancing will be required for all attendees.
2 - We will require everyone to use a mask or facial covering UNLESS you wish to provide the staff proof of your vaccination.
3 - Masks and hand sanitizer will be made available for use to everyone.
If you have a concern or questions, please address them to me privately. I will do my best to answer promptly.

Guidelines for live, in person Larping;
1 - We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable while LARPing - We encourage everyone to practice social distancing.
2 - We are not going to ask your vaccination status or require proof of vaccination to participate.
3 - If you are unvaccinated - we strongly encourage you to use a mask and practice social distancing.
4 - If you are vaccinated - a mask is not required but we will encourage you to social distancing regardless.
5 - Masks and hand sanitizer will be made available to anyone who desires one.

Reminder to all:
Please submit DTAs for the staff and we will get you a response as soon as we are able. The deadline for DTAs is tonight. Anything submitted after, may or may not get a full response.
If you are making a new PC, please submit the character to the NEN PuppetPrince chronicle with some kind of background. We would prefer by the DTA deadline of tonight or reach out to us if you would like to discuss it in some detail.

Hello everyone,
We all hope you are getting as exicted as we are to be back in person with Live Larping.
To better faciliate our player, existing, returning and new players, we are welcoming Jay Hadinato to the Staff of New England Nightmares as a Storyteller.
The rest of Staff is remaining the same. Sam has some personal issues to deal with that are of far greater importance. If you do reach out to him privately, please respect that any response, if any, may be delayed or unanswered. We are hoping that at some time in the near future, he can rejoin us as acitively as before. Please be patient.
Please stay tuned for updates about the guidelines for all of us returning to Live, in person, Larping.

In Person LARPing

Hello everyone,
As things return to normal, we as staff are contemplating hosting a live, in person, LARPing again. I made a poll on the New England Nightmares group for you to express your personal desire and concerns.
Please feel free to post your opinions here.
When we do begin hosting live in person gaming, we will be adhering to social distancing and maskes will be required to begin with. We are monitoring the situation and will ere on the side of caution to maintian everyone's safety. Thank you all for continuing to support NEN during the last year.
We are looking forward to see you all in person and being safe in the process.

A Barbarian Requiem

Game is on for the 15th of May! The kindred of the Elm city will gather once again for their usual evening of politics and socializing. The War on Avalon has been drawn to a standstill. The Justicariate have issued directives to cease any hostilities against Avalon. Any who violate the edicts may face dire consequences. The Hunters still plague and prowl the streets of New Haven but they have been hampered enough for careful feeding to resume. The former Imperator, Karsh, is still wanted by the Camarilla, worldwide. He is to be brought in alive to face the justice of the Justicariate. Any and all Camarillian citizens are authorized to pursue this fugitive. Rumors are spreading that there is a Gangrel led petty domain that has arisen in the area. Could this place be where the fugitive Karsh is hiding? Primogen Mercy and Clan Tremere have the honor of hosting the gathering for May. They have selected the John M Davies house to host the gathering (ooc - The John M. Davies House (1868) – Historic Buildings of Connecticut) The entire site is open to everyone except the basement and attic areas which have been marked off limits.
