0 Rule 0 is simple. When in doubt the st is right. When in doubt see rule zero
1 No out of tribe, breed or auspice gifts unless you have a merit that allows you to buy them. Characters with these gifts and not the merits; convert them to fetishes subject to fetish detication limit see rule 5.
3 Vampire powers we use the parent game KoNY rules for vampire genre. With the following exception. All tie powers regardless or origin are converted to +5 traits on ties, they otherwise function as normal. Unless its a Trex or something just as massive they get ties cause they can players can not.
4: Kinfolk are built per the KoNY retainer system switching vampire powers for gifts if they are able to buy them after being approved for being gnositic. No backgrounds over 3. subject to rule zero.
5: Gnosis and fetishes. Each per gnosis point grants a slot for attuning a fetish, or talon. Every 5 talons takes a gnosis slot. Fetishes all fetishes that grant a basic or equivalant power take a single gnosis slot. All fetishes that grant a int level power or Klaives take twq gnosis slots. All grand klaives or fetishes that offer a advanced power take three gnosis slots. This is subject to rule zero.
6: Add abilities to traits for ties
7: In the umbra when fighting spirits replace your physical, social, metal corespondedly with Rage, Gnosis, and Willpower for comparision on ties. Add abilities as per any other challenge.
8: The Glasswalker tribal advantage only applies to a single influence catagory, and may not bring an influence above 3. They may purchase all levels of influence for a single xp given the correct growth actions are taken as well.

Sorry for being laxed everyone. Been rather swamped with paperwork, work and life recently.
I know everyone is eager to run around and be a puppy or what not. So due to what dates staff will be in state. We are limited to the 29th of this month. Contact staff to set up time slots and game location.

Gas main explosion rocks Queens!
A large section of a intersection and a near by building collapsed into the ground in Queens in what is being described as a large gas main explosion. The explosion woke the near by community around 1150PM. The utilities companies are uncertain what could of caused the explosion, but pledge they will get to the bottom of this frightening event. The silver lining that can be embraced from this shocking story is that no fatalities have yet to be reported.
(ST note: There is no more Temple of Caine in Queens.)
Hate crime shocks the Bronx
A local neo pagan church was attacked and burned to the ground late Saturday night. Picture is included of a large raging fire and a store front for a church with crumbling snake and anhks can be seen on the face of the building as it goes up in flames.
City island double homicide leads to manhunt
What is believed to be a gangland assassination turned into a Hitchcock murder scene is the only way this reporter can think of describing this tragic event. Witnesses claimed to have seen a car drive up and fire into a crown outside a local bar in City island. Witnesses then claim that the bouncer of the local dive after being grazed by gun fire charged the car in a heroic attempt to stop the gunmen before they could claim innocent lives with their mindless violence. What should of been a heart warming story of a noble bouncer saving lives by stopping bad men quickly turned ugly, when a man that was seen starting a fight at the bar early in the night joined the bouncer in stopping the gunmen, smashed a window in the car and dragging one man out only to brutally beat him to death in the street. While it could of been argued that it was maybe in self defense, the other man then turned on the bouncer and beat him to death. Witnesses claim that around the time the hero bouncer went limp was when police finally arrived leading to a chase through the densely populated neighborhood. Despite the police efforts the assailant escaped pursuit. A man hunt for this mad man is still underway. If anyone has information, they are urged to call the police.

Admit rumors among a number of the cities churchs having some event that occured with church officals yet to comment; on a number of community youths have been arrested for defacing statues in Midtown Manhattan painting them to look as if they are crying blood.

Just outside of NYC waters Coast guard were called in to investigate bloody waters reported by local fishermen. What they found may amaze you.

Wild Man in the Bronx
A homeless man gone mad in the Bronx. Attacking people that draw to near, when confronted with force he vanished into the dark of night.
Heros mourned
Three Police officers died in the line of duty responding to a call in a apartment building; when a fire rapidly swept through the struchture. Regretably all three died. They are to be hailed as heros having given their lives in the line of duty ushering out people inside. A credit to the force the only lives lost in this tragety is those three brave officers. When questioned their Captain said everything that can be done will be done to discover the cause of the fire.
Teenager Hospitalized for drug overdose.
Young Emily Rose was hospitalized late Monday night after her friends found her unresponcive while out partying. When tested young Emily was said to have a new drug called Red, or by a series of street names. From Dragon tamer, Red Dragon, Zom, and many others. This new street level drug has recently come into the market a little over a month ago. Police are doing what they can to isolate this new trending product and keep it from spreading to other cities.

Question: Hello ST. I am a silly homid and I do not understand why I should try and join or form a pack?
Answer: Harder for me the wyrm weaver, and all them other nasty things out to kill you to smoke you when your in a pack you pack animal creater.
Follow up answer. By not being in a pack it deprives you the player and your character of a fundemental aspect of the genre. By neglecting this often over looked concept of the game new players can deprive themselves of tools for survival, or a number of role play opertunities.
Question: How do I start a pack, or join a pack?
Answer: Easy if you are new you can come in with your friends and start with a totem already picked out for your group. If you are not new and been all by your lonesome playing solitair alot, you can find others that you can work with and go on a totem quest. In this adventure you and your pack would show up for a time slot and worked with the staff to pick out a totem that each of you is interested in. The staff will also pick a few as well. In the quest your actions and choices will decide the out come. If you are successful you and your friends will come out of the adventure as a pack, and be able to buy the totem background. If you know people already in a pack and find you fit well with them, and they you. You can seek to do a scene where your character seeks to ask the pack and their totem for the right to be part of them.
I will now leave this thread open to players so they can tell stories that have made them laugh cry and love being in a pack. You all may also share your horror stories cause it all is part of pack life.
