Just wanted to fill in some more details on the Beltane event. Please feel free to pass this along to your players. :)

Location: Camp Cedarcrest, Orange, CT

We are going to be including a couple of meals - most likely dinner one night
and breakfast one day - but are solidifying those details.
We will have T-shirts available. Final cost is being determined but will likely

There is also a Sabbat game running concurrently, for those who like some
bloodsucker action. Thanks to Bridgewater for hosting that!

The Kings of NEw York Players Night will be Saturday March 31st! (stupid St Patrick's Day) at cafe 28 in manhattan (right next to game site).
So come one and all!

Joan and I can make it down for Player's Night on March 17th. However, thats also St. Patricks Day. This will be the only time we can do it this month.

Beltane 2012

For those of you interested about coming to the Beltaine event (main hosts would be the staff from Hidden Flame), I will be trying to put something together for the Sabbat side. Please let Sabbat STs aware and to notify their players, if they are interested, to contact me about it. I am not entirely sure how I will be checking sheets, but I may just have those who have their PCs on Puppetprince to print their own copy and I will have my staff give a look over at the event. Those who do not use Puppetprince may have their STs send a grapevine file to me and I will take responsibility for the printing of their sheets.
The event is $40 if you pre-register and $50 if you do not. This is to be sent to the staff at Hidden Flame ( mainly the address that is on their flier) as it is their baby, I'm just giving a hand.
