Kings of New York
New York, the city that never sleeps. An Ivory Tower. A cesspool. Both Babylon and Bohemia. Home to those who call themselves Sabbat. Denizens of the night, they cry to defy the tyrannous stars and slake their thirst upon those who would see them kneel. Still, they stand at a precipice of inevitability. Once Again New York is in a state of martial law, after the assault on the Policeman's Ball on Saturday evening. An assailant who is pictured here (resembles Bane from the latest Batman movie) threw several city officials off the roof of the 230 Fifth lounge where the function was being held. Police are refusing to release the footage, as it would compromise the investigation, but these cellphone images show dense black clouds which according to first hand reports suffocated any who were near by and disrupted people's perceptions and may well have been the first efforts of a terrorist who is not afraid to initiate chemical warfare.
The culpriet is said to have had several unwitting female allies, one of which (A sketch of Kira shown here) was kidnapped after the violence started, and is presumed innocent. If either of these individuals are seen, please call crime stoppers (555)555-5555.
Following so closely to the tragedy which marred one of New York's most famous landmarks suspicions of domestic terrorism are heightened, the investigation of explosion of the Empire State Building is being reopened. This will likely have devastating effects on the struggling city coming at the beginning of tourist season.

Entering the city, and movement within Manhattan are restricted. Without transportation influence or other meaures, most cainites have difficulty leaving their pack territories. The ability to feed is extremely limited, as police stop anyone who looks even slightly out of place. We will be starting the domian wars next month.

Foot Locker for site

We have secure Tada as a site for the next year. They like us, we like them, I reserve the right to harm anyone who does not help keep it that way.
In addition I received permission to keep a smallish foot lock at the site. Does anyone have a small to medium sized locker you would be willing to donate? Preferrable one with a lock, this will save us a lot of time and energy in setting up the site and keeping supplies on hand. Thanks for the help!

Hey Gang!
We had our huge staff meeting on saturday and got a few new things for you.
We have updated the house rules, so see the link above or click here.
We have also posted our Viss Mod rules which can also be found above or here.
Finally, as we mentioned last game we have developed and made rules for the Territory War system, which we are now call Domain War. This system is not in effetc yet, as we still need to make a map and etc. But this game we will be gathering information from you the palyers so we can start it asap. If you want to take a look at the rules you can check them out here. NOTE! These are not in play yet, but will be in the next couple of months once we have all the data from you guys and the map made.
Other then that, any questions just ask, and look forward to seeing you all Saturday!
