Once Again New York is in a state of martial law, after the assault on the Policeman's Ball on Saturday evening. An assailant who is pictured here (resembles Bane from the latest Batman movie) threw several city officials off the roof of the 230 Fifth lounge where the function was being held. Police are refusing to release the footage, as it would compromise the investigation, but these cellphone images show dense black clouds which according to first hand reports suffocated any who were near by and disrupted people's perceptions and may well have been the first efforts of a terrorist who is not afraid to initiate chemical warfare.
The culpriet is said to have had several unwitting female allies, one of which (A sketch of Kira shown here) was kidnapped after the violence started, and is presumed innocent. If either of these individuals are seen, please call crime stoppers (555)555-5555.
Following so closely to the tragedy which marred one of New York's most famous landmarks suspicions of domestic terrorism are heightened, the investigation of explosion of the Empire State Building is being reopened. This will likely have devastating effects on the struggling city coming at the beginning of tourist season.

Entering the city, and movement within Manhattan are restricted. Without transportation influence or other meaures, most cainites have difficulty leaving their pack territories. The ability to feed is extremely limited, as police stop anyone who looks even slightly out of place. We will be starting the domian wars next month.
