Effective immediately: this forum is not currently active and will not be updated for some time. I am no longer a member of Council. I thank Kings of New York for the time I was able to represent their chronicle.
=============================
This is a place where I will post Council Announcements as a member of Council. As I am not an ST I can't get posting rights to the main chronicle Puppet (I don't want to see any of your sheets or downtimes) and I also do not want to continue to fill up my own personal profile with CM business.
Please subscribe to this if you want my announcements as a CM.
Please reply with any questions, comments, or concerns in these posts.
If you have any issues of the organization you would like for me to explain or address, send me a private message and I will make a blog post to explain these for the benefit of the entire game.

A proposal was made by me as KoNY CM with Adam's support as Sabbat Coordinator to make the Salubri an appointed coordinator position, and no longer a Tremere or Sabbat Coord addendum. See below for details.

Subject: [Proposal] Salubri Coordinator for Appointed Position
To: owbn-council@owbn.net, Sabbat Coordinator <supersabbatcoord@gmail.com>
On behalf of Kings of New York, I hereby propose the following changes to the Bylaws:
In the Coordinator Bylaws, revise:
Appointed Coordinator Positions
The following Coordinator positions shall be appointed by the Head Coordinator as needed until such time as the Council feels the genre requires an elected Coordinator position:
Wraith
Changeling
Kuei-jin
Mage
Web Coordinator
Archivists (2 positions)
Demon
Salubri
In the R&U Bylaws, revise:
Appropriate Coordinators for R&U
The closest “full-blood” clan Coordinator shall coordinate appropriate bloodlines and creature types.
Assamite: All Assamite-related Rare and Unusual characters, Shango, Hajj
Brujah: True Brujah, Osebo
Gangrel: Mariner, Akunanse
Giovanni: Harbingers of Skulls, Samedi and Mla Watu
Lasombra: Lasombra anti-tribu, Kiasyd, Xi Dundu
Setite: Bane Mummies, Mummies, Children of Damballah, Daitayana, Tlacique, Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom Followers of Set
Toreador: Daughters of Cacophony, Ishtarri
Tremere: [*REMOVE: Salubri], Gargoyles, Nkulu Zao
Tzimisce: Blood Brothers, Koldunic Sorcery, Naglopers
Camarilla: Camarilla Vampires on Sabbat Paths of Enlightenment
Sabbat: Blood Brothers, [*REMOVE: Salubri Antitribu], and Camarilla Vampires on Sabbat Paths of Enlightenment
Reason:
The Salubri aren't run or given attention to by the Tremere Coordinator. Given that they are Very Rare, this seems like a useless change to make an appointed Coordinator over, so I recommend that the Salubri AT, like all other Clans and their antitribu, also fall under this new position.
This proposal has the support of the Sabbat Coordinator.

Subject: KoNY CM support for Applications & Clan Genre Coordinators.
To: owbn-council@owbn.net
Public service announcement from the KoNY CM:
If your Coordinator application for a Clan position has a policy to address the Sabbat side of your genre, and you intend to address your potential Clan's antitribu and not just the Camarilla side, I am reviewing potential Clan applications for their support of our genre. I am not reviewing Clan Genre applications who are only concerned with the Camarilla genre aspects of their Clans, as this does not affect my game's interests.
