> The room rate is only discounted if you book by february 15th. Nothing is charged to you and you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. There are only 80 rooms in the hotel and they fill up fast. Last year we had over 66% of the rooms used by gamers and it made for a great time.

> The long-anticipated sequel to Glitter & Gloom 2011, Baltimore by Night: Dark Harbor will be hosting a One World by Night event and you are invited! Fun begins on Friday, March 23rd and the event wraps up Saturday night, March 24th Guaranteed to be full of fun plot for all!

> We'll be hosting the event at the amazing Admiral Fell's Inn in Baltimore, Maryland in the Fell's Point neighborhood. The hotel is located right on the water and we have taken over the hotel. Everything you will need is within walking distance of the hotel, including cheap food, comic book stores, Good Will store, bars and tours. Also look for the ghost tour of this haunted hotel hosting the event.

> We've secured a hotel rate of $139 (including fees) per night + tax for Friday and Saturday night. The hotel opened the room block today. To get the discounted rate, when making your reservations inform the hotel that you are with the One World by Night group. We expect rooms to go fast so you'll want to set up your reservations as soon as possible. Reservations will be made with the hotel by calling 866.583.4162. IMPORTANT: The hotel is only offering this rate if you book by February 15th. It costs nothing to reserve a room so do it now before the rate increases.

> Pre-Reg and Payment:
> We have begun taking payments for pre-registration. The costs is $30 through March 9, and then $35 afterward or at the door. PayPal payments can be sent to marzipn@gmail.com. Cash can be accepted at the door, but please remember that you cannot pay at the door with either of the pre-reg rates. If you want the lower price, you must send your payment in advance via PayPal.

> For PayPal: Please include your name and the name of any other player who is being covered by your payment (ie, you and your spouse). Your email address will be noted, and STs may use it to contact you if we have received your payment, but not your character sheet. You will be emailed a receipt with a transaction number; this number can be used to find your payment information on our end. Please keep your confirmation email as it is your proof of payment.

> This payment is for game registration only. You will need to make your hotel reservation separately, as well as RSVP in-character and have your STs send your character sheet(s). Please do not forget to do these other things if you plan on attending.
