For years the city of Boston was claimed after its fall to the ancient and mysterious entities known as the Deava. During that time the Sabbat fled deeper into it established territory and waited for the night to reclaim what was theirs. After many years, and in 2020 the Sabbat lead a massive Crusade to reclaim the city. After many losses and blood spilt the city was there's once more.
Once returned home the sect was shocked to find a near mortal utopia. The city was devoid of any supernaturals and had appeared to have been for years. Now the sect slowly moves back into one of its shinning jewels in its blood empire. Sect members travel to the city with no ancient web of elder influence and connections. Each lookign to carve their own path and claim what power they desire. It is only a matter of time before the city of Bosotn becomes a dystopia and takes whatever form the various factions of the Sabbat decide it can be.

I forgot to post this yesterday between trying not to crucify a candidate on Council...
Elections are upon us. If you need/want/have any questions for the candidates, post them here and I'll be more than happy to ask them for you on Council.

In the evening of January 16h, the Red Star shines brightly for several minutes, it's baleful glow casting malevolence at the earth, before it shatters and fades. It will be invisible to the naked eye at that point, but fragments of it will still exist, visible to telescope, appropriate supernatural perception, and the fragments are still present in the Umbrae.
A day or two later, news stories will circulate
"The plutino designated 28978 Ixion, near the outer orbit of Neptune and Pluto, appears to have undergone another change. Almost 15 years ago, it began to shine faintly red, becoming visible in the night sky and leading to its discovery. Scientists were unsure why this occurred, but most believe that an impact may have altered the surface of the small body, stripping away much of the surface, making it more reflective, and causing it to begin travelling measurably toward the inner solar system. Scientists are unsure whether a second impact occurred or if the stressed body simply finally broke apart under stress from the original impact, but they have confirmed that the 650km wide plutino has fractured into smaller pieces in a brief light show. This event is unusual, as quick changes are rare in astronomy and astrophysics, and most of those quick events involve stars going supernova and similar phenomena. Helen Riggs, astrophysicist with Mauna Kea Observatory, quipped 'It's quite an exciting event. It's important to remember that just because it happened somewhat near pluto's orbit doesn't mean it's anywhere near where the New Horizons probe was sent, it's actually almost on the opposite side of the solar system. We hope to get more data as to what happened, but it's going to require some careful and focused observations over quite a few years.'"
