I hve been sick since the Boston Garou game. Anyone who has seen me since can verify this. I am unsure if I will be able to be at game.
Marc and I talked. This game will be light rp. Marc will be arriving around 3 pm in anyone needs to do chops. I apologize for this.

From this point forward all players wil get a number of Out of TAB gift slots equal to their rank.
A basic gift takes 1 slot
An intermediate gifts takes 3 slots
An advanced gift takes 5 slots
To get an Out of TAB gift you must first get permission from the Elder of the appropiate group, then speak with the Ritemaster to confer with the Spirits. There will always be chiminage owed to the spirits, should they approve of the gift being learned.
Heavenly Gifts have both a Tribe and Auspice component, if a character matches either component it is considered In TAB. A character may only learn 2 Heavenly Gifts.

In case anyone is unaware, there is a new satelite chronicle for changeling, Greymare Glen.
The Dogs of War staff will not be forcing any changeling characters from our game. If any players wish to transfer their sheets, please let us know.

Moots can be great rp, but eat up a great deal of time to go through. Not only do moots help Garou receive the Renown and recognition they deserve, a moot also fills the powers of the caern be reaffirming the connections to Gaia and the Spirits. General Moots are held every month, then there are seasonal Moots (very important), and some Tribes even have special moots.
We as a staff do not even expect the players to run through the Seasonal Moots. Unless otherwise notified, we will assume that every player is attending the Seasonal Moots. The monthly moots will not be tracked.
