A letter that is circulated throughout the local Elysia and other gathering spots from Harpy Meredith Parker of the Court of New Britain:
"To our Dear Neighbors of Hartford,
Let it be known that I have decided to lift the warning I gave to Harpy Sebastian Han about one month ago. It has come to my attention that he has learned some humility and respect for his superiors and so I believe he does not need to be Warned any longer. But I will not, at this time, return the standing that was stripped for his other scandalous behavior, though I still reserve the right to do so at my discretion should he continue to prove respectful and useful to the Court of New Britain.
I also have been instructed to pass along the declaration that our newly appointed Seneschal, Upton Rowlands of Clan Ventrue, made during our most recent gathering while His Grace Quentin King III was away on important business. His Cherished words are as follows:
'My fellow Kindred of the Ivory Tower,
I have recently learned that the Prince of Hartford known to most as Fredrick Gold of Clan Tremere has deemed His Grace Quentin King III Guilty of breaching the Second Tradition in the Domain of Hartford. He boldly claims that His Grace has trespassed upon his personal haven, which His Grace has sworn to me on his honor as a Distinguished Prince of the Camarilla that he has never done.
I invite all who wish to verify the truth of our Prince's innocence to contact me to make an appointment for an audience with His Grace. He will submit to any truth-verifying magics or powers of the blood you wish to use, within reason of course. One of those magic bone fingers our local Warlock Princes are so fond of using would be acceptable, for example, but trespassing into His Grace's private thoughts would not be.
In the words of His Grace Quentin King III: "If Prince Gold desires Guilt so eagerly, then we shall deliver it to him." For it has been discovered that, as His Grace put it, "Prince Gold's beloved puppetmaster", William Biltmore, Cherished Elder of His Grace's own Clan of the Moon, has trespassed upon this Domain of New Britain quite recently. He was given no Hospitality when he traveled here unannounced and violated the mind and property of poor Meredith Parker, Influential Harpy and Respected Kindred of Clan Toreador. In the absence of His Grace, who is currently away tonight on very important business, I feel it is my duty as his Esteemed and Cherished new Seneschal to not only see William Biltmore as Guilty of breaking numerous Traditions in this Domain, but I also no longer consider him to be my peer as a Revered Elder of the Camarilla.
It saddens me that I must tarnish the name of a Kindred of Clan Malkavian, as those His Grace's Clan often must struggle twice as hard to be taken half as seriously as the other Founding Clans in political matters like this one. But know that I did not make this decision lightly and that my word carries the full weight of support from His Grace Quentin King III himself, all Six Knights of the Primogen Council, Harpy Parker, and Sheriff Pendragon.
