From Lasombra Coord

Three proposals relevant to Obtenebration, Mytherceria, and Non Sabbat Lasombra respectively, passed last night.  All of them allow for thirty days of grandfathering which begins today, June 1st.  July 1st will be the last day for logging grandfathered PCs or NPCs in these categories. Late comers will require a vote for a bylaw exception. Please remember that the Coordinator Approval Rare and Unusual category does not distinguish between PCs and NPCs.  Both fall under the same requirements.

Technically Camarilla with Obtenebration should already have my office's approval and do not need to log for grandfathering.  I would love it if you did anyway since it would make my records so nice and neat but you do not have to.  Just make sure you have a copy of the email chain for your approvals in case it ever comes into question, because we may not actually have all of the records we ought to at this point in time.  Anarchs, Independents, and others are being regulated for the first time and will need to log here.

I don't expect too many responses on this one but the form is there for those that need it.  Remember that Kiasyd do not have to register here, though they have their own high degree of rarity that must be satisfied.

This should primarily be for NPCs. Any non Sabbat Lasombra PCs in play should have either been voted on (in which case you don't need my approval!) or already approved by this office along with the appropriate Sect Coordinators' offices as a Sect Specific Sect Defector, in which case you don't technically need to log any grandfathering.  If you want to, to help improve our records and prevent any future confusion, or if for some reason a character fell through the cracks (My Ashirra Lasombra is not a Sabbat defector or Antitribu! (Please don't actually claim this)) we would be grateful.

Thank you to everyone. I know this is a bunch of extra paperwork right now but hopefully the forms will make it as painless as possible for everyone. As always if anyone has any questions at all my team and I are always happy to respond.
