Cam List (Message from Cam Coord)

Since taking the office, one of the largest concerns I've heard was the difficulties with the Camarilla list. Previously, the list had been decommissioned and a group of resourceful players worked very hard to restore it. With changing times, though, the process of late hasn't quite been working out so we're going to modify the process to join the list.
In accordance with Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.i.9, we will be changing the method by which the Camarilla list (used primarily in the U.S. but open to all Camarilla PC's) will be operated.
Previously, a character had to reach out through their Harpy and have said Harpy get them connected. The new process will be that the player may directly apply to the list with the below link. When this occurs, the STs of said player will be contacted to confirm the character is Camarilla (or if there are other special circumstances, to discuss those). Once the approval comes from the ST's, the character will be added to the list.
The list will still be in-character monitored by PC moderators to keep an eye on how people behave themselves. Those PC moderators still retain the right to remove someone IC.

Additionally, if a player is already subscribed to the list with one character but wishes to have a second character subscribed, they most still follow the above process even if they plan to use the same e-mail address for both characters.
