I invite the Bishoprics of Boston, New York, Bridgeport and Bridgewater to send their bishops and one representative of each pack, preferably the pack ductus, to War Council. There we will discuss the intelligence on the invasion and strategy to shatter the Camarillan assault.

The wind of change has come to New York. A bishop steps aside and two more rise to take her place. As the city that never sleeps struggles against the Ivory Tower and the armies of Set; the Sword of Caine stops for but a moment to give reverance to the ritae. The sabbat is at war, with itself and those who oppose it. Can the sect come together and fight back the night? As if they city did not suffer enough, an omnious Black Sun hung in the sky for one day. Is this a new sign of the end times?
