I'm not auditing sheets, looking for the tiniest inaccuracies. I trust you guys, and you're not retarded. But if we see things that don't add up or you don't have approvals for, I'm giving you a chance to explain yourself, and then we'll go from there.

To Our Brothers and Sisters of Caine,
On the behalf of our revered Priscus Vasilli: I am to inform you that you, members of our great Sect, have been formally invited to our first annual gathering in New Hampshire.
We are to gather in the forests of New Hampshire for a summit on both the present and future of our great Sect. In particular, we invite the leaders of the Sabbat, both spiritual and temporal, to address questions that will face us in the coming nights ahead. However, I stress that this summit shall be for ALL Brothers and Sisters of Caine to speak their minds, for all of us share a part in our society.
All Sabbat will be welcome and received by their host pack, the Commune, and we will begin with a grand rite. The summit will then begin, and every pack in attendance shall be given time to speak on matters important to the future of our sect. Weare, after all the future of the Sabbat.
Consider our little foray into the woods as a "retreat," both spiritual and political. Beyond the conversations held, there will be entertainment: a festive party hosted by the Commune, a game of instinct to hone our skills both mental and physical.

Just a reminder: Beltane is this weekend! I hope to see you all there!
Remember to submit your sheets to the Beltane PP Chronicle (scroll down to the blog posts below) and don't forget to bring clothes/costumes appropriate to the weather. Currently, there's a decent chance for rain on Saturday and Sunday but Friday should be sunny...
Also a note: the site is a DRY site. Thanks! Any questions feel free to post them here or to the staff email.
Also a FYI: if you're coming for a single day, the single price is $30 dollars. If you didn't pre-register, the full weeken price is $50 dollars. This includes game and lodging. Food is on your own. :-)

I will start off with this, this does not apply to nearly anyone but I believe everyone should read.
We play a game in which we pretend to be other beings. We, as the staff of Boston, are here both for you as characters and as players. If you have a concern with anything (and I mean ANYTHING) involving Boston, I and the rest of staff expect you to approach us first. There are several ways in which you can do this: we have a googlegroup (bostonowbnstaff@googlegroups.com) and we have also Puppet Prince, where you can message ANY of us privately. If you feel like you need to speak to anyone privately, you can contact Steve, our HST. He is fair and he is reasonable.
However, we as a staff wish you to understand one thing: we are here for you. We mean to do our best to help you enjoy game... but this is what it is, it is a game. Any player found to have made effort to make slander (i.e. discredit staff) to other games or even Coordinators (or any other entities within OWbN) with outright lies will be punished. Depending on the gravity of your actions, you may be banned from playing at Boston and/or your PC(s) GNC'd. We will of course, allow you to make amends and we will always hear both sides of any story presented to us. We simply ask you to contact us first.
We do not want to punish anyone. Many of you, our players, are also our friends. But we cannot function if you intend to deliberately hinder us. We understand we are not perfect, so we ask that you give us feedback first. Please do not make us take action against you as a player for something that needs not to happen. All we want you to do is enjoy game and have fun.
