Purchaseing Rules:
-Traits=1xp per dot
You can buy one per game cycle, per category
-Abilities=1xp Per dot
You can buy 1 per game cycle, per category. For lores and unusual abilities you need a teacher and both you and the teacher must confirm being taught/teaching by sending an email in your downtimes.
-Disciplines cost 3,3,6,6,9 for in-clans and 4,4,7,7,10 for out of clans.
you must have a teacher for out of clan disciplines and they must confirm EVERY level they teach you. You can learn/buy One level, of ONE discipline per cycle. You cannot learn multiple levels of a discipline per cycle, and you cannot learn multiple disciplines per cycle. Combos will have their own individual cost.
-Willpower=3xp per dot and you may not exceed your generational cap.
-Virtues= 3xp per dot and must be discussed with the ST why it is appropriate that these traits are being raised. May require adequate downtime or roleplay content. These are tougher to raise than most other things.

How to submit characters to this group
November 11th, 2012
-Create a puppet prince account
-Click the Join-chronicle button on this page (Its just a piece of small red text in the upper right hand corner box under 'Venue')
-Click your 'Characters' Tab
-Put in the Character's name and your real name, like this:
Character name here (Player name here)
-Select 'Vampire: The Masquerade'
-Hit Create
-Plug in the stats from your sheet as you currently have it (whatever format you are working from, weather its a file, or a printed sheet) Traits, Gen, clan, abilities, etc. Simply type in the item name, and how many you have of it. For Disciplines, just type in the dicipline name, and the level of it that you have (or you can plug in each individual level separately) If you need help or have questions, just ask but its all pretty straitforward.
-In the XP log, put in your creation points (lable it creation points) as earned
-Put in your creation points, (lable it creation points) again, then set it as spent (your xp should now be at zero)
-Next, put in your lump sum total of your xp earned (lable it)
-Then put in the amount of xp you have spent, and log it as 'spent'- this should leave you with the current amount of xp you have available to spend.
-Once everything is plugged in, go back to this main page again, click 'Submit Character', select the character you want to ad to the game, click 'submit' and you're done.
-Additional notes on how missing xp is going to be handled are forthcoming, we'll get everyone sorted out so please stay tuned.
