Purchaseing Rules:

-Traits=1xp per dot
You can buy one per game cycle, per category

-Abilities=1xp Per dot
You can buy 1 per game cycle, per category. For lores and unusual abilities you need a teacher and both you and the teacher must confirm being taught/teaching by sending an email in your downtimes.

-Disciplines cost 3,3,6,6,9 for in-clans and 4,4,7,7,10 for out of clans.
you must have a teacher for out of clan disciplines and they must confirm EVERY level they teach you. You can learn/buy One level, of ONE discipline per cycle. You cannot learn multiple levels of a discipline per cycle, and you cannot learn multiple disciplines per cycle. Combos will have their own individual cost.

-Willpower=3xp per dot and you may not exceed your generational cap.

-Virtues= 3xp per dot and must be discussed with the ST why it is appropriate that these traits are being raised. May require adequate downtime or roleplay content. These are tougher to raise than most other things.

Palla Grande Info:

So some points OOC about Palla Grande this year:

-It is potluck, please bring some food, drink, etc.

-Costuming is always advised, but this is the main party of the year for the Sabbat, so dress however your character would regard it. As in like, Azraelis is a warrior, Id totally expect him to show up all army like, but I could also see him surprising people in a suit or a Ritual robe to play up his priest-hood.

-We will have extra lighting, set dressing, etc. If you want to bring stuff for that, please communicate with Briana Magpie Bones on that.

-We will have a large amount of people showing up to portray small level NPCs, or their PCs from MES (same xp levels as we have currently), etc. They will be from the MES, and Alliance.

About the Event, and what were doing IC:

Although we are doing the full Palla Grande ritae, most of it is happening in the background. Tentative schedule of stuff to happen at game:

1. Welcoming Ritae. As we will have visiting packs, we will start with a welcoming ritae. Ideally bring gifts (small trinkets, or pieces of advice, or an offer of help) to exchange with multiple packs. This is where everyone introduces themselves, presents gifts, and vaulderies.

2. Trick or Treat game of instinct. As Bloody Vixen has worked out with the Archbishop, there will be a game of instinct called "Trick or Treat" with the theme of the masquerade. The challenge will be for the packs or groups to play Trick or Treat on the house, and cause/create a spectacular breach of the masquerade without it being on a level that attracts the FBI, Homeland Security, Can be seen from space, etc. Bonus points on creativity and originality, one of the NPC packs will be judging, and the Archbishop's pack will provide rewards.

3. Passion Plays. This year's theme with these will be centered around the differences between the Sabbat and the Camarilla, be it historical lessons, or just a play. Ideally keep it around or under 10 minutes max, 5 is best (think the length of a song, hell do a musical number). The rewards for this will be really good, and everyone will have a part in judging who did it best.

4. If we finish quickly (doubt it as we all love to gab IC), I have an ad-hoc event thing I can run.

5. Traditionally, there is a blood bath of the highest ranking member in the city. If we have enough time, it may be for the AB, it may be for one of the people vying for Bishop. We may do the short version (pack at a time) or the long version (individuals approach) depending on the time.
