House rules
0 Rule 0 is simple. When in doubt the st is right. When in doubt see rule zero
1 No out of tribe, breed or auspice gifts unless you have a merit that allows you to buy them. Characters with these gifts and not the merits; convert them to fetishes subject to fetish detication limit see rule 5.
3 Vampire powers we use the parent game KoNY rules for vampire genre. With the following exception. All tie powers regardless or origin are converted to +5 traits on ties, they otherwise function as normal. Unless its a Trex or something just as massive they get ties cause they can players can not.
4: Kinfolk are built per the KoNY retainer system switching vampire powers for gifts if they are able to buy them after being approved for being gnositic. No backgrounds over 3. subject to rule zero.
5: Gnosis and fetishes. Each per gnosis point grants a slot for attuning a fetish, or talon. Every 5 talons takes a gnosis slot. Fetishes all fetishes that grant a basic or equivalant power take a single gnosis slot. All fetishes that grant a int level power or Klaives take twq gnosis slots. All grand klaives or fetishes that offer a advanced power take three gnosis slots. This is subject to rule zero.
6: Add abilities to traits for ties
7: In the umbra when fighting spirits replace your physical, social, metal corespondedly with Rage, Gnosis, and Willpower for comparision on ties. Add abilities as per any other challenge.
8: The Glasswalker tribal advantage only applies to a single influence catagory, and may not bring an influence above 3. They may purchase all levels of influence for a single xp given the correct growth actions are taken as well.

with background 30 xp adjustments can make this max 60xp Starting character rank 0,1 or 2 with st permission.

Hello
I know that there have been some influence questions so i thought I would open a thread to make clarifications and allow for any questions. You can also private message me or email me at capriciousandcruel@gmail.com
We are using the Metropolis system for influence and both KONY and Cry Havoc will be playing in the same influence sandbox. You can join the Metropolis chronicle, and I will post the rules as they currently are in a comment.
In general for influnce here are some notes:
1. Influence is an aspect of the game that highly affects other aspects. Because of that I rely on getting all the influnce for a month in that month so that I can give appropriate answers. So please submit influence for the month we are in once a month. (If you need to do a journal entry just for influence that is fine, or if you only used half your influence and want to do more that is fine to)
2. Influence deadline per the Influence house rules is the 15th. I am going to move that to the 20th for now. For example any influnce action you want done in November (and before December game) should be submitted by November 20th.
3. If you cannot get an influnce action in by the 20th or you need something to be backdated I can work with you, but the aspects of your influence that effect other people (blocks, watches, attacks, some growths) may not happen
4. My goal is to respond pretty quickly to influence as it is submitted, even if it is only to say something has been noted. Answers should be given between the 20th and when game runs. If there is a situation where influence responses are needed more quickly let me know.
5. Please list out the influence you are using in your journal, not "all of my influence" or "the rest of it" It makes the paperwork easier and sheets change.
6. If you are doing a group influence action I need to ehar from everyone in that group. if someone does not send in their action, their PC didn't do it.
7. Even if you are doing the same thing over and over and over with your influence every month please send it in. Your journal entry triggers me to log the influence on my monthly influence documents. If you don't send it in, I don't log it and it didn't happen.

Hey folks I need to get some feed back from everyone on what folks want to do. As I will be out of state at a Funereal this weekend.
1) Have game and Jesse solo it for the night.
2) See if we can swing a different weekend say the 21st (Steve is this a option?) As next weekend is Palla/Seasons of Strange, Last weekend is KoNY.
3) Put the moot off till Begining of November
