New Year, New Site

Hey All!
Thanks to Tauney, we've got a new and improved site for Boston that we will.be using starting this month!
Location is 12 Charter Oak Place, Hartford.
There is off street parking next to the building - you can ignore the CT Children's only sign - they just haven't gotten around to taking that down yet.
Site will be open about 7pm, and we have it until midnight, but no longer the hard cutoff like with the museum.

Adam and Joan have been kind enough to allow us to run at their home for this game. Please do not show up before 7pm, and please try to carpool with folks and be mindful of how you park given that there will be significantly less parking space than we usually have access to.

North East Event Pre-Reg Deadline

If you have not pre-reged yet, you have until 11/4 - tomorrow, in which to do so.
As a reminder, folks who have not pre-reged will not be permitted to attend. You do not need to pay in advance, payment at sign-in is perfectly acceptable.

Universal & Vampire are the ones that will be relevant to all attendees. Please note that if you are playing a Ghoul with Hedge Magic that we do have rules specific to Hedge Magic. If you will be bringing a Kuei-Jin PC, please refer to the Winds in the West House Rules for the elements specific to that splat.
Pre-Paying is preferred - please send via PayPal to kflottemesch@gmail.com - you must select the Friends & Family option - if you select 'For Goods & Services' your payment will be rejected. We are able to accept cash or PayPal at the door. If you are local, you may also prepay with cash at a Boston game.
Character sheets should be sent to northeastevent@googlegroups.com with your own Staff cc'd. Will will confirm receipt for all sheets that are sent to us. If you do not receive one within 72 hours, please follow up.
We will only be permitting attendance to those who have pre-registered by the deadline of 11/4/22, two weeks prior to the event.
Confirmation of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is mandatory for attendance. The only exception will be for those who have documented medical exemptions due to allergies etc. Those who have a documented medical exemption will need to submit a negative Covid test taken no more than one day prior for a rapid test, no more than 3 days prior for a PCR test.
As per Boston's House Rules, if you have been exposed or have been around someone who lives with an individual who has Covid or has been exposed to Covid within the past five (5) days, you should not be showing up to game. We have a significant number of players who either are themselves high risk or live with others who are. We understand that this is often outside of player control and are happy to provide full refunds for anyone who pre-paid that is unable to make the event because of this.
Masks will depend on the State of CT's Covid-19 guidelines - that we will likely not have a concrete answer on until a week or two before the event.
