News Story!

by witch hammer

September 27th, 2019

“In rather disturbing news today, a brutal riot broke out in Central Park late last night.  For some time now we have been reporting about the violent protesters associated with Green Peace and other associated violent groups taking up residence and protest of environmental practices of the United States. These protesters had taken up a sort of protest similar to the Occupy Wall Street movement some years ago within the park.  For a while now they have largely been keeping to themselves and quiet, however that all changed last night with things quickly falling out of hand.

From what we have reports of, an opposing group of self-proposed “patriots” among New York City plus supportive visitors who came from other parts of the country, arrived last night to counter protest those among Green Peace that had taken up residence within Central Park itself.  What was originally supposed to be a peaceful counter protest quickly turned violent. The resulting violence forced the city’s authorities to step in and break it up.

However, by that time, several millions of dollars of damage had been done to the famous city park.  Several individuals were rushed to the hospital and dozens more placed under arrest. Death count is currently unknown but sources state that the possibility of deaths having occurred is high.

In a sign of city unity and good faith in the backlash of this tragedy, several major New York companies have stepped in to pay for the damages and renovations needed to Central Park as a result of the riot.

Both Endron International and Magadon Incorporated have pledged substantial sums to Central Park Committee to help repair the damage as well as upgrade the park itself; removing the burden of the cost of these events from the city

“This is our City.” said one Endron official, “And we’re not going to let a riot take it from us ever ever again.”

More news will be available as this story develops.
